Dean Air Cooled Hot Oil / Hot Water Centrifugal Pumps

EXPERIENCE:

Since 1931, when Dean Pump produced the first hot oil pump for the growing process industry, the company has provided rugged, service tested equipment which has set the industry’s performance criterion. The RA/RWA Series air cooled pumps represent the highest quality and most cost effective heat transfer equipment available today.

SERIES RA and RWA AIR COOLED CENTRIFUGAL PUMP DESIGN:

Centerline suction and discharge connections equalize pipe loads to prevent off-center forces and distortions. Connections are integrally cast with the pump casing. Totally confined casing gasket provides safety during all service conditions.

Back pull-out design, in conjunction with spacer type coupling, allows the entire rotating assembly to be removed for servicing without removing the casing from the piping or disturbing the driver for ease of maintenance. Pump units can be field repaired and maintained.

Precision rabbeted joints on the casing and bearing housing allow accurate assembly and hold the assembled pump rigidly in line.

All products are designed for maximum parts interchangeability. RA Series pumps are used for hot oil and the RWA Series for hot water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol.

Carver High Pressure Centrifugal Pump RS Series

CARVER RS MULTISTAGE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP:

The RS Series is Carver's process duty, horizontal ring-section multistage centrifugal pump. Designed for moderate to high pressure pumping, the RS is available in five basic sizes with overall performance to 1,000 HP.

The Carver RS Series Pump is offered with ANSI 300 lb. inlet flanges and ANSI 600 or 900 lb. discharge flanges, depending on the pressures and number of stages involved. Hydraulic performance extends to 1,400 GPM @ 2,750 ft. TDH and pressures to 1,200 PSIG which makes it ideally suited for the most demanding industrial and process services.

These centrifugal pumps can be furnished in Ductile Iron or Stainless Steel Alloy.
