Today, we offer manufacturing services that have expanded to encompass state-of-the-art gear grinders and computer-analyzed gear design.

We can manufacture/repair single-helical, double helical, internal, and herringbone gears with promptness and dependability. Gears are produced in sizes from two inches to thirteen feet in diameter and from fine pitch to 1 inch diametral pitch. 

Quality is documented with full-material traceability, heat-treat certification, and 100 percent inspection of finished products prior to shipment. Support documentation and inspection reports are available to customers upon request. We insure proper quality control by maintaining a program which calibrates its gauges by standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Testing (NIST). All records of calibration are noted on the various measuring equipment.
